What is a lead crystal battery and how is it different from a regular lead‑acid battery?
A lead crystal battery is an advanced lead‑acid chemistry that uses a silica‑based electrolyte structure (often marketed as “lead crystal”) to improve cycle life, deep‑discharge tolerance, and safety. Compared with conventional flooded lead‑acid batteries it offers longer service life, better charge acceptance, lower self‑discharge, and reduced risk of electrolyte leakage; compared with AGM/Gel it typically provides similar maintenance‑free operation with improved deep‑cycle performance.
What models, capacities and voltages do you offer?
We supply 2V, 6V and 12V and lead crystal battery models in multiple capacities (commonly 20Ah–200Ah for residential and 100Ah–3000Ah+ for industrial/solar/buffer applications). Contact us with your application (solar, telecom, UPS, EV, forklift) and required runtime to get a recommended model and exact specs.
Are your batteries compliant with Saudi regulations and do they include certifications?
Our batteries meet internationally recognized safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, CE, RoHS) and are supplied with test certificates and conformity documentation on request. We also ensure shipping and hazardous‑materials handling complies with Saudi import and transport regulations. Ask for specific certificates for a given model.
What warranty, lifespan and maintenance should I expect?
Typical manufacturer warranty ranges from 1–5 years depending on model and application (standby vs deep‑cycle). Expected useful life under normal use is commonly 3–10 years depending on depth of discharge, temperature and charging regime; lead crystal batteries usually outperform standard lead‑acid in cycle life. They are generally maintenance‑free (no water topping), but require correct charging, temperature control and periodic inspections. We provide warranty terms and recommended care instructions with each sale.
Delivery, installation and support in Saudi Arabia — what do you provide?
We offer nationwide delivery across Saudi Arabia, optional professional installation and commissioning for large systems, and after‑sales technical support including sizing, battery management (BMS), and recycling/return guidance. Lead battery disposal/recycling services are available or we can direct you to certified recyclers. For a quote, provide load details, backup time required, site location and preferred delivery/installation options.
